PlaneWave CDK20 f/6.8 to f/7.77

Kit to convert a CDK20 f/6.8 (3.454 mm focal length) to f/7.77 (3.951 mm focal length).
The original lens group is unscrewed from the backplate of the optical tube and replaced with the new lens group.
Additional 1.8" back focus and 497mm focal length compüared to the standard CDK f/6.8 model.
